I had my hair colored, cut and styled at R’Meraki, and it was such a wonderful experience! The entire staff was beyond amazing!! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and truly took the time to make sure I was happy with the entire service. You can tell they really care about anyone who walks through their doors and not just the service but as a person. Isabella did my hair here and was supposed to color match to my roots my roots were dark blonde and now my hair is dark brown I called and they are refusing to fix it without cost and basically told me I was wrong about my own hair color. I sent pics of the roots of my hair and then the end results. 30 minutes after talking to her on the phone and leaving this review I got a text offering to do it for free.
