Isabella did my hair here and was supposed to color match to my roots my roots were dark blonde and now my hair is dark brown I called and they are refusing to fix it

This is a shout out to Owen, I went to this place not knowing how or what to expect after being with a hairdresser for over 14 years. This guy was presented with a project he was not familiar with. But he said I got you, each step of his process he confirmed and asked how I like it and were to go next, I offered him some direction and he ran with it.
