Recently had fibroscan with nurse J…. He was so great at explaining the test and results in a way that made sense, using great analogies. Made the whole experience terrific for me, and appreciated his thoroughness with the conducting the testing.
This clinic is exceptional because the staff and doctor take the time to listen and accommodate my communication needs as a deaf patient. They are very supportive, ensuring I receive the necessary information and feel both comfortable and safe.
RMEDY is a great clinic for people who is seeking the cause of disease rather than just treatments of symptoms, for some who is experiencing chronic health issues and persisting symptoms without a clear diagnosis. Every stuff I met in R.Medy is very professional and kind. I like Dr. Leungs concept of preventing disease through aware of daily intake and changing habit.
