Purchased a 24' Trailer from here last year. Overall I would give it 2 or a 3. Mike was a nice guy but highly disorganized. From time of purchase I put on 4 new tires. One tire had tire rot. Mike promised to pay me for replacment of the tire. I never got paid. I let it go 2 weeks and called him up and he was suprices I never got the money. His service tech installed a new Heat/AC thermostat when I picked up the trailer. It was wired wrong. I purchased the correct t-stat and installed it myself.
