I HIGHLY SUGGEST NEVER USING THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A JOB COMPLETED FROM BEGINNING TO END. THE OWNER IS HEARTLESS AND REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE BUT HIMSELF. I have been trying to get the owner to return a call for 4 weeks due to a job done in 2014 on my aunts house and he never had the permits closed. Now that my aunt is living in an Assisted Living Home and on Hospice we needed to sell the house to afford the assisted living monthly fees and explained this every time we called to try to get the permits resolved. Rick and the team was awesome. I had a 24 year old gas boiler water heater unit that keeps having issues. Rick correctly identified that it had substantial built up of carbons in the heat exchanger and it was basically time to replace the whole unit. The team was able to take the old one out and put a new boiler in on the same day and it has since operated without any issues. Rick is also taking care of all the permitting paperwork and inspection visits as well. What a service! Thank you.
