Great service as always
Having been served legally by RMC and threatened with legal action for comments made in relation to my direct experience,my edited review is below. I profoundly apologise that my expectations may have been a little to high in having electrolysis cabling connected correctly at the time of installation of a new hydraulic platform, that it would not turn my new IPS pods into anodes. Great work as usual from the service team @ RMC , Second year service for YOLO overseen by Charlie & Travis . Also appreciate the after service technical assistance ...Well done all .
Won’t back up warranty on workmanship, won’t communicate and ignores messages, had to go direct to manufacturer to get a repair solution for an installation they did, Go elsewhere unless your spending big money then they will be all over you.
