Got stuck recently with urgent issues travelling north. Charles, Craig and the team where awesome sorting things out.
I recently had some electrical and generator issues with my 52ft Riviera whilst travelling to Hervey Bay from Fraser Island. I rang RMC and spoke to Travis and Charlie. They both gave me half an hour of their time and then followed up to make sure everything was OK. I was so thankful and grateful for the fantastic service. Congratulations and well done team RMC
I recently had my boat slipped & serviced as I always do with RMC & as usual a perfect job done , they even discovered some minor problems which would have caused a breakdown but they were repaired avoiding any problems. I cannot speak highly enough of Charlie, Traverse & all of the team. Thanks guys.
The after sales service that I have received from RMC Service has been great, the team are professional and responsive, there knowledge and understanding of my requests has been very satisfying and the quality is always as expected especially the cleaning and detailing.
