Let me start by saying RMC Sara Construction Kensington, Maryland is probably the worst construction Co. on this planet. Let me explain. I am a former landlord of a 4-unit apartment building. Ricardo Martinez (Pres)of RMC Sara Construction was contracted to do a Condo Conversion 06/2015 funded by hard money lenders. Ricardo told me it would be completed 14-16 months. After a year I needed an extension for 9 months... long story short the RMC Sara Construction breach the contract failed to complete the renovation / conversion... read more
The work exceeds predicted time frame. Always extra cost that don't add up and owner has no structure for his staff/time
