2 years experience! It shows! Bed side manner is everything when you are in the medical field and this young lady showed none. If you are trying to explain something to someone who has been going to this practice for over 30 years and this is your first time seeing them and the best you can do is make that person feel as though they are a "druggy" by speaking to them in an ugly manner, something is wrong there!! My mom has been going there for a couple years now but a few days ago she got in a bad accident and I have tried calling since her accident like 5 times a day and leaving messages because she needs to get an appointment really badly if it weren’t for the fact that she loves her doctor i wouldn’t give 2 stars and wouldn’t be going there again

Wayy too difficult to set up an appointment when it could be an emergency. I went to this doctor faithfully as a child but since I haven’t been here in the last 3 years I’m a ‘new patient’ who can’t see his primary nurse 👎🏽
Been trying to get in to see my Doctor for over a year since having Biatric Surgery, the staff keeps giving me the run around and never returns phone calls. Dr. Matt saved my life. But with them getting new Doctors. They may as well get new staff to that actually Cares about their patients.
