To justify the exorbitant price they nail you, he tells you they like to do a good job adding that not everyone does a good job as in putting the trust of the rest of garages in the area to question. If the over price and cheeky attitude wasn't enough , he has the indecency of asking you to pay on top for the VAT (about £160 for an over £600 figure) if paying by card and not cash.
