I originally thought the transmission on my Ford Flex was leaking (reddish oily fluid from the bottom of the transmission pan) but the transmission shop told my it was my water pump (after charging me to change the seals on my transmission). I took my car to RMC to get my water pump replaced, which was quite the challenge. They did an amazing job at a reasonable price. I will definitely bring all my business to RMC. Great customer service, up front, honest, and professional!
Friendly service. Solved my problems within a day. Very affordable. Shop is very clean. I would highly recommend this facility.
Got problem on my car and came on late Saturday afternoon. I got the issue solved quickly and very nice owner and very satisfied on the service.
Had a bad experience. I was charged $950 for a a starter on a minivan. They charged me $322 for a remanufactured starter (Double the price at any parts distributor). They did not ask if a remanufactured unit was ok. They charged me 2.7 hour of labor for a job that is rated at 1.5 hours. They also charged me an additional hour for Diagnostics that only took 15 minutes. All this lead to them handing me a bill that was not itemized.
