I recently took my 2000 Tundra to RMC Automotive before a road trip to have everything looked over and make sure the truck was ready to go, especially the suspension. From the moment I called, they were great to work with. The shop was extremely clean and organized, communication was great, and they got a lot of work done in just about two days. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and I really appreciate the peace of mind knowing my truck is ready for the road. Highly recommend RMC Automotive!
Horrible experience, dropped my car for AC service, dropped it off in the morning, didn’t get a call all day, called multiple times and finally picked up to tell me my car was done but too late to pick me back up at home to get my car after they said they would, left it over night, called to ask if they could pick me up, picked up my car, drove it home with NO AC, for them to tell me they forgot to recharge the AC and that it wasn’t ready.
I had problems with the electrical collision system lights coming on in my Acura ILX 2020. Victor figured out the problem pretty quickly. He had to order a new back up camera for my car. Then it had to be calibrated. I am so thankful that I can count on RMC motors to fix my car rather than take it to the dealership! Excellent job! Many thanks to Victor and the crew!
Honestly the diagnostics fee is more than Cadillac and VW dealership by about 90$. And I would ok with that if they actually figured out the issue. They did not and just pointed at something that could be the issue. Spoiler it was not the issue. Maybe for an oil change or tire service but not a place I would trust with a serious issue.
