The doctors are caring and nice but the medical assistants are the WORST! I was told 2 days in a row that they would refill my prescription "tomorrow." I called a total of 6 times in the past two days to confirm that they would send my prescription and they did not. Kathy and Gabriela are extremely unprofessional and should not be working here if they can not take the patient's needs seriously. First time this has ever happened to me.
Worse doctor office ever the medical staff refuses to do their work they denied to fill out a form and when they do fill It out is wrong and extremely unprofessional. Won’t even referred my worse enemy to this place
Dr. Castillo and his medical assistants are extremely rude and unprofessional.
