While in person Rio was extremely kind the vehicle that I bought had a timing belt that jumped only 2 months after purchasing it from here. I understand that buying a 1,900 dollar has its risks but he did mention if there was a catastrophic failure with the engine that he would help me out. I reached out to him and haven't heard anything since. In addition within 1 month of owning the car both cv axles went bad and needed to be replaced.
At RMB motors I got a great car, for a great price! Fair negotiation, punctuality, and sincerity!
Honest and friendly, great shop to buy a used car from!
Rio is great, upfront and honest. Car runs and drives great.
Had a great experience buying a car here! They are accommodating, pleasant, responsive and professional. Would recommend!
