Disappointed with the lack of professionalism. After speaking with an employee who was very courteous and explaining what I needed a date was set up to have a worker come to the house. The worker looked at what needed to be done and said I would hear promptly with a proposal. I never was contacted with a proposal and my calls and message went unanswered. Needless to say I moved on but surprised with the lack of professionalism.
