Douglas our driver was awesome! It was so nice not to have to worry about driving in all that traffic on our way to our hotel and us not driving in the snow on our way back to the airport! Loved the large SUV, too! Douglas was so personable and professional. Always keep me informed when to pick us up and where. He made our winter visit to Columbus so less stressful! Highly recommend this car service!

We rented the large van for a holiday lights trip downtown for our whole family. Little kids, big kids and old folks. It was a great experience,. The driver, Douglas, was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond what was expected. He was helpful and personable with everyone. We could not have had a better experience.
