Excellent round trip service in a comfortable 14 passenger bus. I appreciated the extra care Armen took out with the elders in our group. Next trip to Ohio I’m definitely using again.
We have used this service now twice for transport to and from the airport. I would highly recommend. Extremely reliable and comfortable, and the best part is they monitor your return flight so they adjust as needed if there are delays, etcetera. That takes so much stress out of the travel process and I will definitely be reaching out to them again on our next trip!
I was bringing my kid who is in a wheelchair to Nationwide Hospital. We had a late flight and were arriving at midnight. I called at the last minute and asked if they could pick us up, Armen immediately said no problem. I will be there! All the while communicating via text with updates. I highly recommend RManVan Limo services. Armen (the owner/operator) was extraordinarily available and gracious on all counts. He returned my call in the evening (a holiday!) and was willing to schedule a day-long trip the next day -- not many companies have the capacity to respond this way. The clean, comfortable luxury car was ready on time the next morning, and Armen was extraordinarily accommodating to an elderly passenger.
