I’ve been a regular visitor to the clinic for more than 5 years! Excellent care! They have seen me through 2 big shoulder surgeries which required many hours of carefully programmed rehab to get me safely back to training!! Plus a few other niggles in between!
I have been seen at the RMA clinic now for two sports injuries.One was a particularly nasty fall onto my shoulder from my bike . The help and advice and exercise routines were excellent and helped me to recover quickly and fully .
RMA is a hugely professional and dedicated team of experts, who will go above and beyond to support you with injuries - and make you better and stronger. I came to see Jake at RMA after I ruptured my ACL, not only did he help me get the swelling down pre-surgery / support me through that, but I have now done a whole year of weekly 1-1 rehab with him. Because of Jake and his team, my knee is now in a good place and I’m back to doing what I love, pain free. There is no place I’d recommend more.
I’d class myself as a fun runner but the RMA team always treat me like I’m an Olympian. Any time I’ve had an emergency injury (which has been a few) Holly and Jake have managed to fit me in quickly. Hollys assessments, treatments and care are exceptional. I genuinely feel like you’re in good hands from the moment you walk through the door. I actually can’t even begin to say how much I LOVE RMA. I started seeing Jake years and years ago for on going migraines and really shitty neck tension which he sorted then I herniated my back and Jake was amazing! I went from not being able to walk to getting back to full movement and strength and then kaboom my body went bonkers and i needed a hysterectomy and again Jakes help was absolutely vital in my recovery!
