Firstly i was to say I would recommend Dr.Koone A MILLION TIMES TO ANYONE! NP Koone is so sweet! She did my IUI and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. If you have questions she takes the time to explain.
I switched to Aspire from Fertility Center Of San Antonio. While FCSA was okay, Aspire makes me feel like a actual patient and not a number. I have tons of questions and I appreciate that my nurse and doctor take the time to answer them for me. The only thing that can improve is the phone system. There's been a few times where I've missed a call and their VM asks to call back. Highly recommend Cheryl Koone. She has been the most patience understanding Dr throughout this whole process. As she walks you through the process she will also educate you. The journey hasn’t been easy but with the right team on your side it makes it all worth it.
