I made my appointment like you instructed me too now I have to figure out the next part
I’m very happy with RMA. Had my egg retrieval done three years ago. Just transferred that only one good embryo and I’m now 10 weeks pregnant! Dr. Jurema is so nice and professional.
We had our first appointment scheduled for today, waited more than 30 min, and left. We were told that there was an emergency. Okay, but why do you not inform your patients and reschedule? We were not the only ones who walked out today and were not seen. This is inappropriate treatment and I don’t think I want to come back to this place, especially during pregnancy.
Dr. Jurema, the nurses, the phlebotomists, the receptionist and all the staff at the Springfield office are beyond amazing!! They are so courteous, professional, supportive, caring and accommodating. I had a long journey but it was so worth it in the end!! I would highly recommend this office. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did to make my dream of being a MOM come true!! Thank you!!
