I had a great experience, supervisor Lawrence was professional, kind, patient, and very helpful. He made me feel comfortable and ensured my concerns were handled with care. His excellent customer service truly stood out. Highly recommend!
Worst medical office ever. They made me wait almost two months for an appointment, then canceled the day before because the doctor wanted to leave early. After I rescheduled, they called again the day before and suddenly said they don’t accept my insurance, even though they had already confirmed they did. Very unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful of patients’ time. I would not recommend this office.
