We had our first appointment scheduled for today, waited more than 30 min, and left. We were told that there was an emergency. Okay, but why do you not inform your patients and reschedule? We were not the only ones who walked out today and were not seen. This is inappropriate treatment and I don’t think I want to come back to this place, especially during pregnancy.
Dr. Jurema, the nurses, the phlebotomists, the receptionist and all the staff at the Springfield office are beyond amazing!! They are so courteous, professional, supportive, caring and accommodating. I had a long journey but it was so worth it in the end!! I would highly recommend this office. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did to make my dream of being a MOM come true!! Thank you!!
I was an IVF patient with RMA for years, having myriad appointment types with them (after many years of infertility issues and experience with other facilities). Everyone offered the most incredible care, from the phlebotomist to the several different doctors I saw and the medical techs who prepped the rooms. Their kindness and professionalism made a tiring and difficult time of my life as pain-free and stress-free as possible. I would recommend them 110%.
