My journey with RMA has been excellent. At RMA doctors and nurses are extremely professional and excellent caregivers. I have been thoroughly informed by every detail of the procedures I have been through, the nurses always keep me informed about test results, medications and other to dos through portal. After nearly two years as a patient at RMA, I feel it's important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. Unfortunately, my time here was marked by disappointment, miscommunication, and a serious surgical error. To start with the positives—the front desk staff and phlebotomists are truly the heart of this facility.
