Medical side was great but the financial department side was a complete nightmare. Sadya Malik completely misrepresented the entire loan process. Basically, listening to her advice, I requested a loan for $28,000 through a company RMA recommended which included enough funds for all medication and the IVF cycle. Insurance ended up covering all of the medication and I only used about $5,000 expecting to receive a credit for the unused funds once my wife was discharged.
