RMA has been great. Dr. Gill is a fantastic doctor she is extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. The communication with the treatment team is on point. I am able to message my nurse directly on an app and she replies immediately. It is really great medicine! Medicine done well.

UPDATE: Another doctor has so graciously agreed to see me. I was supposed to get a call by the end of the day to schedule, but no one ever called so I called back at 3:30pm. The first two calls went to voicemail. The third call I blocked my number and my call was immediately answered. This doctor was only willing to do a phone call. When it comes to something as important as this, I would prefer to have an in person conversation as I had in February. Outright the worst experience I've ever had. Avoid at all costs.
If you are paying full out of pocket be prepared to witness the true nature of this place. Money hungry & will find any excuse to charge you outrageous fee. Even after paying the FULL price upfront for our ivf transfer the finance coordinator Jennifer Tesoriero email me after I was discharged stating that some services rendered during the time that I paid for was somehow not paid. Anyone who have worked with RMA before knows that they make you pay before any services are rendered but somehow I have an almost $2000 bill still... read more
