I cannot say enough nice things about RMA and their entire staff. Truly. I had been struggling with getting pregnant with my second child and my OB suggested I get a dye-test to check my tubes, which was done by Dr. Juneau and her wonderful nurse, Dee. When I found out that I had a blocked tube and a damaged tube, and cried in their office, they were very empathetic and gave me a great plan of action to get my last baby. As a potential new patient, I was never given the opportunity to meet with the doctor. My disappointment lies with the staff and their communication. When trying to schedule a test, no one answers the phone,you have to leave a voicemail and wait for a callback. I left two consecutive voicemails for a time-sensitive procedure and never received a response. Today marks the fourth day without a call back, so I will be seeking care elsewhere.
I’m so grateful for RMA and cannot say enough good things about this clinic, the doctors, and the whole staff. As an anxious patient, the whole process of going through fertility treatments was extremely overwhelming. Dr. Nola Herlihy and Nurse Reagan Stockton were my biggest allies, cheerleaders, and sounding boards throughout the whole process. I am incredibly grateful for RMA. After consulting with two other fertility clinics, I knew RMA was the right choice. They are very organized and communicative, which is something I appreciated when navigating fertility treatments. Dr Herlihy was my primary doctor, but I also saw Dr Juneau as well for monitoring and they were both amazing! Highly recommended RMA if you are looking for a fertility clinic in the Houston area!
