The people at A&R are polite and courteous which is not always the case at auto repair shops. They are very efficient and the few times I have had to bring in my vehicles they didn't take long to give an assessment of cost and then once approved they had car fixed within 24 hours! You could probably get a lower price somewhere else, but just remember you get what you pay for. I will highly recommend them.

Found A&R online when searching for an option for pre-purchase vehicle inspection for an older model used Mazda w/100Kmi. Decided to use them based on solid reviews, and so glad I did! This auto shop has had out truck since December 16th. We told them we would be moving January 10th and that the work had to be completed by then and if it wouldn't, we needed to go somewhere else. We were guaranteed it would be. $9K dollars later and we still don't have the truck finished. It has been an incredibly frustrating process with new issues popping up every few days and no updates until we call and ask them. I would not recommend.
I came into A&R a couple of days ago for routine maintenance on my Ram got a tire rotation. Today I received a follow up call from Tanya to make sure I was satisfied with the service. The follow up was very professional and made me feel like the company cares about my vehicle even after the job is finished. Great customer service and attention to detail!
