Took my Kia stinger to get my new tires put on and they switched all the rims around and cause my rim to rub off on the shock suspension then told me that I needed to replace the shock when the whole problem was they put the bigger rim that goes in the back and put it in the front. Also told me that the tire expanded the rim which would not be possible.
I want to apologize for posing a review for a business that I thought was the right one which I was wrong so the negative review that I wrote please forget about that these guys here are awesome and like again I want to say I’m sorry for the stupidity on my part Thank you again for your understanding Shalom Aleichem. First off I wanna say thank you! To Mike and the wife The service was amazing! Called cause it was an emergency flat and they were out there right away! Had everything done in minutes. Hands down best in town they were life savers! Highly recommend!!!!!!!! The most amazing people!
This place just charged me $60 in cash to get my tires rotated and balance. The guy asked me if I was paying cash or card when I said cash. He went to his coworker and they overcharged me. DC Quality Tire only charges $20. Very disappointed with this new tire place.
