Needed 4 tires broke down, remounted and balanced, cost me $163.00, um no thanks! No more business from me. When I asked why so much? I was told it took 2 1/2 hrs to take the lug nuts off???

You speak of safety? I brought a tire with a screw in it to be fixed. It had held 40 psi for an hour before I got to you. You then claimed it couldn’t be fixed and I needed a tire. I said I’d let my brother look at it and wanted to take it home. You brought the car back around and said NOTHING. I DROVE AWAY AND WITHIN ONE MINUTE, my tire was going flat.
