ive been waiting for my dad’ walker for 2 weeks already until now we havent received it yet. We order it from Dr . Charlie Sonido’s Prescription and according to them they havent recieved any notes. then dr Sonido faxed it twice marked as urgent, theyre not helping at all. my dad cant work properly because of his Stage 4 lung cancer spreading to the bones of his leg…. this enterprise sucks!

The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, EAGER to please and accommodate ANY needs one might have. The Client Care is wonderful, and it is quite clear that they REALLY CARE about me, a disabled Veteran. There is a distinction between CARE & CARING! Both of these they provide in superlative fashion! I could not be more pleased. I rate them [Crishele was my 'point person.'] a "15 out of a possible 10!!!"
