I emailed this gentleman to have him run wire to a breaker box, from my water heater and replace the breaker. Because the wire that was in there was not the proper wire for the water heater that was installed. He said he would be by the next morning at 9:00 a.m. to take a look. A couple hours later I get an email asking for a couple pictures. I suggested that it would be easier to just show him when he comes in the morning. Great customer service. Showed up when he said he would, completed the project in a very timely manner. (This was not the case with two other electrians). I highly recommend him!
What a positive experience! I needed work done to be in compliance with an inspection for selling my house. I started calling electrician businesses the day after Christmas and found most were closed for the day. I left a message with R.M. Reliable and got a call back within a couple of minutes! Mr. Mele asked a few questions about the work I needed done. Richard has been the best electrician I have ever worked with. He was very flexible on his time and was very accommodating to our tight schedule. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to wire our stackable washer/dryer unit. I highly recommend Reliable electric to anyone wanting a highly professional and courteous electrician!
