I was referred to Richard by a neighbor in the Canyon Springs Ranch subdivision (Ingram/Hunt) Texas who had very good prior service. My need was to electrify a Pergola in my backyard using existing wiring that was connected to a old AC unit/House (removed years ago). Richard recommended I take lots of photos and email them prior to his visit so he could be well acquainted with the request. Mr. Mele installed an outdoor GFCI receptable on our pump house and a dedicated circuit to restore power to our greenhouse after our storage building was rebuilt. We sent him pictures so he had a good idea of what was needed for the job. He was on time and very detailed in understanding what we needed and the work involved. He and his helper completed the job timely.
I emailed this gentleman to have him run wire to a breaker box, from my water heater and replace the breaker. Because the wire that was in there was not the proper wire for the water heater that was installed. He said he would be by the next morning at 9:00 a.m. to take a look. A couple hours later I get an email asking for a couple pictures. I suggested that it would be easier to just show him when he comes in the morning. What a positive experience! I needed work done to be in compliance with an inspection for selling my house. I started calling electrician businesses the day after Christmas and found most were closed for the day. I left a message with R.M. Reliable and got a call back within a couple of minutes! Richard has been the best electrician I have ever worked with. He was very flexible on his time and was very accommodating to our tight schedule.
