The process of working with the team at R & M was painless from start to finish. They were very helpful in taking us through the window options and answering our questions. When the time came to install, it was done in a reasonable time frame. We had one issue with a window arriving with a mispositioned pane from the manufacturer. They took care of it and replaced it as soon as the accurate part arrived. I would have no problem referring R & M in the future.
