I wanted my house rewired, the central heating replumbed and a new kitchen. To add to this the house needed to be unlooped from our neighbour and a new electricity supply laid in. Got to know Ryan and his team when our boiler irretrievably broke down over a Christmas holiday. He installed a new one and has looked after us ever since. When we needed a complete house rewiring, he was the logical choice. Communications were excellent, and Ryan explained the process at every stage, consulted us over every detail and walked us through the end result. A really good company, We arranged a time over email, they sent a reminder the day before, turned up on time, reviewed the issue, completed the work and left the place tidy. Not much more you can ask for and I would happily use them again.
Smallish plumbing problem. Friendly advice over phone from Ryan, and cost explained. Visit arranged in a day or so. Appointment kept with a phone call advising expected arrival time. Problem fixed in just over an hour. Impressive standard of service.
