I've experienced improved physical and mental health with Rowen from RM. From a comprehensive report to breaking down the steps to the exercise, guiding me all the way, making it a fun experience.
Joined up over a year ago, great team, always friendly with awesome advice, can't wait to work with Megan again, always knows how to make me smile and even have a laugh sometimes, my youngest son looks forward to his fortnightly sessions and can't speak highly enough of them and has made sure he will be going for the foreseeable future.
