Ray was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. He failed to inform about various options. When asked questions he had either no response, or answers that could not help. When the closing office offered a discount, he could not even enclose it in the final deal. Closing took over six months and was extremely difficult. Unless you have oodles of cash and do not care about what you have to spend I strongly recommend anyone else.
