Great place, I wonderful owner, great music, trivia and bread ngs a nice non violent crowd
Family member went through them. Delayed everything and very unkind. They had enough for a lawsuit but wanted their house so they paid the extra money that this company coerced out of them. Not to mention, the “copy and paste” response they put on all their bad reviews. I mean, seriously?! “The whole world is out to get me” doesn’t work if you truly deserve your bad reviews.
I am a Realtor here in Northern Utah. I have clients that just purchased an RM Mills home in Perry. They had to sell their current home in order to purchase their new home and Zach and Max didn’t have any problems working with our contingent offer! If you are considering Max and his company RM Mills...RUN!!! Or at least sit on them and do not take anything in verbal commitments. Document, Document, Document!! Was made to pay for a driveway to my RV pad that was on the plans. I've lost 15 feet of property to the east with a retention pond dug too far into the property line. Having to sue today for tax valuation and equity loss. I have been trying to resolve this for a year and a half. In my opinion most of these reviews were paid reviews or compensated in some way.
