What a nightmare company that doesnt honor their warranty. We bought 2 hoists from their distributor. Within a month of using one of them it dumped Red oil out of the gearbox. Sent them pictures and they wanted pictures of it "Actually Running And Leaking"....The gearbox is behind the electronics shoved in the middle. I cannot get a good picture without taking the electronics out thus voiding the warranty. And also it leaked ALL the oil out. It doesnt have any more oil in it to leak!
