Ordered an alloy trailer through Raymond at Seatrail and ventured in to their workshop to view their workmanship. Ray was informative and walked me through the whole shop to show me how the trailer will be built to suit my boat in particular. Workshop supervisor Matt gave me some more details on the build, timeframe and fitting my Bar Crusher to the trailer. Boys delivered the trailer on time and we are very happy with the outcome. I’ve been using R&M Marine for my boat trailer servicing and spare parts for about five years now, and I’ve always been really happy with them. They’ve got that genuine old-school customer service, get the job done quickly, and keep their prices very reasonable. I’d definitely recommend R&M Marine for quality trailer servicing and great customer care.
I had a 21ft boat on a trailer that was not properly fitted for it. R&M fixed the issue in a record time by lifting the boat , removing the old support and fitting rollers whilst adjusting the trailer setup. All done at a very competitive price. Very happy with the service , highly recommend.
Called up and received a quote for an aluminium cat trailer and I was told the build time line will be 2 weeks from when I drop the boat hull off as it was a custom build. Matt and Ray had the trailer done and ready in 1 week. Upon arrival to inspect I was shocked to see the quality was much better then I expected and was extremely impressed by the workmanship. Highly recommend
