Bought a 4.2m Seatrail skid trailer from R&M Trailers—great customer service! I called in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. They walked me through everything I needed to know about the trailer. Super helpful, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend them!

I post one star out of kindness. Dealt with person there for over three weeks to source a seat rail axle. Was first assured it was no problem, then told after several phone calls that it was not in stock, but assured that he could get one in to suit. Well another week passed with several more phone calls and excuses. Finally are sent bloke a txt. Can you provide part I need or not? No reply.
