Final costs for an anti-foul came out 30% more than what was "estimated", with no extra work required and no notification. I was told I should expect the final bill to be somewhere around 30% greater than the estimate because "that's what everyone does". Why is the final bill never under the estimate and only ever over? To make things worse the anti-foul was blistering the moment the boat got back to the marina, and has continued to blister and drop off ever since (see photos).
