I have no idea how much our property management, Invitation Homes, pays for their service but we are far from pleased with their customer service. We had scheduled our carpet replacement for Tuesday, September 8th and were advised that they would be there between 8 and 12 on that day. We received a phone call at 9am on the 8th saying that they needed to reschedule because their installer cancelled. This company is not worth it. I am sad I have to allow the business to do the work but I am not paying due to renting. So unprofessional. We are getting a full rug replacement. We had to reschedule a few times due to we're all disabled and it took a lot of time to get house ready for them and there was the Christmas holiday. I was able to get a hold of a woman employee a couple times in beginning when I had to reschedule the first 2 times.
