Ryan was awesome, he was courteous and professional, he performed a thorough walk through explaining as we went all of my options, the system was installed and commissioned very quickly. We really like the system as it is easily expandable for any future growth (Additional fire / smoke zone coverage, recreational vehicles, out buildings, etc.) It reports back to our iPhones and keeps us informed of all actions. We have an older home that had all cable and phone wires running on the outside of the house. We were looking for someone to pull those wires, run the cable through the attic, and directly into the bedrooms and living area. The estimate was completed within one business day of initial call to the business. Ryan was knowledgeable and answered all questions but didn't try to push additional products or services. A+ Fast Service. We called RMI after buying a new home to get the alarm in the house hooked back up. They came out that afternoon in a matter of hours and had us working again. The person that came out didn't pressure us to buy anything we didn't need and laid out or options to use what we had already and to replace with new parts. I can now control my alarm from my phone and am not tied in a contract for like the last company.

UNPROFESSIONAL! - ****, the owner of RM Integrations, has been working on setting up our subdivision security camera system for a year and, still has not completed the job. During that year he has made countless appoints that he never kept, nor called. He always screens phone calls and does not return calls or messages. When/if he does show up, he does not know the equipment and waists countless man-hours and $ trying to figure out how to accomplish the task and if it gets too hard, he gives up and ignores the problem. I will only say that the job you hired us for was completed within the week that was planned last year and several additions and changes were made after the fact. Unfortunately the system you purchased was not able to meet your full expectations, however you did not purchase any of the equipment from us so we were not able to do anything further in your situation with the equipment you have.
We have used RMI for 4 years now and have always been pleased with the service they provide. Thy go above and beyond for their customers.

We had an appointment for 1:30 on a quote for security cameras at our home. **** told my husband HE was coming the day the appointment was made. Which my husband verified during their conversation. Not only did he NOT show up, there was no call. I finally called after waiting over an hour. **** had no clue what I was talking about at first. He then said some guy named **** was supposed to show up. NO call, NO show, NO THANK YOU!!! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!
