Last Sunday, after rain the night before, groundwater began backing into the basement. RM&I Services responded quickly and went above and beyond to repair the issue. When all was functioning as it should, they began the clean up process so it was manageable.Their efforts prevented what would have been a weekend disaster! The cost was reasonable for a weekend repair. I would highly recommend their services.
RM&I is professional and prompt with excellent communication skills and I couldn’t be more pleased with my bathroom remodel.
