These people work as if no one is living in the house they're working in. We were without a kitchen for MONTHS and each day they came they only worked 1-3 hours at a time, barely getting anything done from day to day while the inhabitants are forced to be without a kitchen. Not only do they lack in time management or interpersonal abilities, when confronted with a mistake done on their part damaging parts of the kitchen, they took the counters without having replacements prepared.
