I emailed this gentleman to have him run wire to a breaker box, from my water heater and replace the breaker. Because the wire that was in there was not the proper wire for the water heater that was installed. He said he would be by the next morning at 9:00 a.m. to take a look. A couple hours later I get an email asking for a couple pictures. I suggested that it would be easier to just show him when he comes in the morning. Great customer service. Showed up when he said he would, completed the project in a very timely manner. (This was not the case with two other electrians). I highly recommend him!
I called on a Monday with a refrigerator outlet that wasn't working all the time. He came over and repaired the problem immediately even though he had a long day ahead of him. Highly recommend
What a positive experience! I needed work done to be in compliance with an inspection for selling my house. I started calling electrician businesses the day after Christmas and found most were closed for the day. I left a message with R.M. Reliable and got a call back within a couple of minutes! Mr. Mele asked a few questions about the work I needed done.
