Cleaned/serviced our boiler and left all the crude on our garage floor for us to walk in. Disgusting. Never sent invoice for us to gain reimbursement from our landlord after several requests.

Rang one day, here the next morning. Complete boiler service and radiators bled/aired all for a very satisfactory and fair price. Highly recommended.

Having read Google reviews I contacted RM Dallas and asked them to service the boiler in a very old house I have just bought. Raymond was lovely and I mentioned that when I turned my hot water on all the radiators were coming on. He had a look and told me I needed a new valve, and said it would be about £200 to £250. I said to go ahead and fix it. After the valve (and new immersion element) was fitted I was charged £420 which I was shocked at but paid. I needed an acredited service and test of my oil boiler, the work was carried out efficently, nothing was too much bother. A tidy value for money service carried out. Good job ,well recommended . Thank you .
