Pentair 250 was 6 months out of warranty and throwing errors on startup. RM figured out an mfg defect, contacted Pentair, got us a new heater at no cost! Just install labour only, hats off to RM and Pentair!
We’ve hired RM a couple times now, and they’ve been really great to work with. The first time we used them to upgrade our in-floor radiant heat thermostat, and the second time, they installed a new heat pump/AC unit. Ryan and Mike are quick to respond and book work, and everyone on their team is always on time, polite, and professional. RM Contracting installed a tankless heater for me in 2018, and a furnace in 2022. Both units have worked flawlessly. These guys are very knowledgable, and have done a lot to improve my home HVAC. For installation and\or maintenance, they are can-do.
Can I give more than five stars? We called them initially about a malfunctioning pool heater. Within 5 minutes of arriving, they had found a damaged igniter and a cracked housing, which is a fire hazard. Two other companies have inspected this heater recently and not found that!! We ordered a new pool heater through them and it was installed today, only a few days after their initial visit. Both teams we dealt with were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and worked quickly and efficiently. We could not be happier!!!
