I first gave them a pass because the sales pitch felt a little strong. After speaking with three roofing companies to compare pricing and what to expect, I found their estimate to be competitive. They clearly explained the roofing process, the materials, and the scope of work, and they provided detailed information sheets to support what they said. In the end, I am very glad I chose them for my roof replacement in Corona Del Mar. Pedro was on site the morning of the install to get everything started the right way. He walked... read more
5 stars still do not feel like enough. Rm Roofing Inc. really went above and beyond to help us with our roofing needs in Corona Del Mar. Levi and the crew offered to tarp the roof right away to help prevent more water damage, and they secured a few loose shingles until the full roof replacement could be completed. They stayed in touch during the whole process and made sure the roof installation was done carefully and correctly. The team also added drip edge flashing to our shed at no extra charge, which was a thoughtful extr... read more
Just call Rm Roofing Inc. Todd’s roofing work and attention to detail were top-tier. After a heavy rain, I ended up with standing water on my roof when part of the roofing layer lifted and created a low spot, which led to a leak inside. He was honest, walked me through several repair and replacement options, and clearly explained the roofing process from start to finish. He made it easy to understand the likely results and why certain solutions would protect the roof better over time. I compared a few roofing contractors, bu... read more
We had an ongoing roof leak where our older house ties into the newer addition, and other roofers could not fully fix it. Jay met with my husband right away, inspected the problem area carefully, and gave us a clear, detailed roofing evaluation. The estimate was fair, professional, and easy to use when we worked with insurance on some of the water damage. Jay really went the extra mile to make sure the flashing between the older roofline and the newer addition was sealed the right way and built to stay watertight. He also ad... read more
We had a great experience with our roofing project in Corona Del Mar. The crew replaced our roof and two skylights, and the finished work looks excellent. Even our neighbors commented on how nice it turned out. Levi was professional, easy to talk to, and explained the whole roofing process in clear detail. Our older roof did not have a ridge vent or soffit ventilation, and we had received mixed opinions from other roofing contractors. Levi went over the ventilation choices, explained what would work best for our home, and he... read more
