Have used RM Automotive for many, many years and I would not be comfortable taking my car anywhere else. They provide a pickup and drop-off service, their rates are less than at the dealership, and their work is good and most importantly they are honest and pleasant people who try to get the car ready by the promised time.
This shop is clean, the technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. I always bring my vehicle home better than it was when I brought it there. I really like seeing the photos of potential issues and suggested maintenance and repairs too!
Always a good experience at RM. The work is always spot on. The new guy Ephraim is very nice and helpful. Today August 4th I am happy to say I still have total confidence in RM Automotive, I even got a loaner for the weekend
