Great customer service from email to face-to-face, genuine pricing. RM autohaus lads made the experience so easy . Had a nice surprise with a complimentary clean of my car also! Will be highly recommending to all my friends and family
Alex and Alex were so great I can’t thank them enough. They helped me and kept in contact as I needed to leave the car and travel back remote after some surprise repairs being needed. Absolutely amazing team and have now found my new mechanic even if it is 1500km away!
Took my car to have 2 tyres fitted. When I picked up the car I noticed a Centre cap was completely smashed. When I told the worker he admitted causing the damage. I then spoke to the manager Alex and he promised to sort out a repair. He asked me to call him next week. I went home and noticed a second cap completely missing too!. Alex was away when I went back to report it the next day and the worker asked me to call him after the weekend. I rang Alex back the next week and he pretended the damage never happened.
