The guys at RM Autohaus Hawthorn were great to deal with. Dom answered my email enquiry with a call. Talked through the service history and schedule. I never felt like I was being upselled or ripped off and was consulted after an initial inspection. After moving from a mechanic in Bendigo to somewhere closer I am very happy with these guys and will be taking our other cars here. Great friendly service.
