We were referred here because it was a shop covered by our warranty but we have stayed because of the quality of the work and the people. Robert has been amazing- he is friendly and patient, especially dealing with my car obsessed 18 yo son. We will be lifelong customers at this point despite there being many closer options to us in Woodland Hills/Calabasas.
Very knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful employees. The service took longer than I expected but they did a full inspection on my truck and found an issue I didn't know about. I'm definitely going back I hate leaving my truck with people but I trust these guys to do right. Thank you
RM automotive went above and beyond. Amazing service and I would definitely recommend! They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t ask for anything more when your car breaks down!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with RM was extremely disappointing. First, I want to be fair and acknowledge that the staff was always friendly and professional. In particular, Kyle was courteous, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. Unfortunately, good customer service alone does not make up for the outcome of the repair.
