Service was fast and team were very helpful and professional.
I’ve been going to R&M automotive since 2014. Service has always been exceptional and transparent. They are the first mechanic shop, that I don’t walk away thinking, if they are being honest with me about any repairs. I recommend R&M automotive as a must have, home mechanic.
Service was great, everyone very friendly. Was amazed when they called an Uber to take me home and paid for the ride! That’s special service for sure.
Good service until they replaced my power steering pump with an aftermarket part, when they told me it was an original part. Pricey. This is an update of what they did: They told me that they had changed the power steering reservoir because there was a leak. Well, I just found out, more than six months later, that they didn’t change it—they patched it with black silicone, and now it’s leaking again. Be careful with these 'nice' guys.
RM excels in communicating and completing work in a timely manner. Their online report is clear and concise and makes me feel at ease with the work my car needs. The employees are all helpful and very attentive. Highly recommend.
