Amazing company. I have been coming to RM for a few years and I always receive the best care. Truly nice people, who do quality work, at better-than-fair prices. What more could you ask for from any business?
My car was having issues and stalled around the corner from the shop. I took it to them not knowing what the problem was and I was told they would look at at that day or the following Monday. They charged me 200 dollars to tell me they couldn't see what was wrong. I broke down about an hour after leaving them. Have used RM Automotive for many, many years and I would not be comfortable taking my car anywhere else. They provide a pickup and drop-off service, their rates are less than at the dealership, and their work is good and most importantly they are honest and pleasant people who try to get the car ready by the promised time.
