Robert , the technician , was so helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs process . I am glad that he was able to get the oil leak repair approved by Mercury that I have had issues with for some time . He even offered me a solution on how to fix my battery discharge issues without having to spend time waiting to get it fixed . Having said all that , I came back to get my cluster fixed and my car does not discharge when parked anymore . Great job !
