Extremely professional workers, by far best rates in the area. Tried to charge me an insurance rate even though I paid out of pocket after getting an estimate. It was thankfully resolved and yet I still ended up paying $400 dollars more than my original estimate when the owner came out to check the car. Extremely sketchy business practices and absolute lack of integrity from the front desk ruined my experience with R&M, I likely will go there again due to good prices, but I'll have to be more careful since I legitimately had... read more
