It was a great place to go I spent thousands on two cars over 2 years or so...had a great rapport wanted to keep it....great quality work. Always was respectful. When I tried to communicate about a few issues after a repair I was suddenly treated like I was the problem. I'm not sure why they told the owner I yelled and cursed at staff it's not even true. RM Motors Customs was gracious enough to host our car washing fundraiser for Turning Pointe Dance Studio. Not only did the owner allow us to use their property, but he contributed by supplying the water and all necessary supplies needed for washing cars. Also, his staff jumped in to support the girls washing the cars, which kept the flow of traffic going. The owner and staff were so approachable! Terrible service..needed a new fan motor and air conditioning fixed..paid $1000 and still no air after mentioning it several times. My husband dropped in after work and they don't recall that conversation. Not happy at all 😡
Has some over spray on my vehicle and they managed to get it off - good work!
