Rosa and the RLV Team are wonderful and professional cleaners. We use them every 2 weeks and always leave our house super clean when they're done. Always punctual and respectful of our time. I recommended a trusted local resident.
They quoted me $400 to clean my 2000 sq ft home, and it didn't even include 3 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house is only 1 year old and isn't that dirty. They cancelled on me the day of the cleaning because I very nicely asked them if they would re-negotiate the price to $300, since I thought $400 was excessive. They wouldn't budge on the price and I still agreed to pay $400 (and I was very nice to them).....but then they cancelled on me because they were offended that I wanted to pay $300?
