Had some work done on my generator by RLS, and right from the start Christine was very eager to ensure that our issue was dealt with in a timely manner. Justin arrived on site was extremely respectful, knowledgeable and answered any questions and concern I had. As we are off grid they were able to expedite the parts required for the repair in a very efficient and timely manner. Good experience but still waiting for an electrician to come to our home which was requested a week ago.
You call them and ask them to come and do a job and no one calls you back and no one books a time to come and actually talk to you they just ignore you and hope that you go away that's like any electrician around here lately no one wants to do a reno job anymore all these people tell you is that I'll be in touch with the guys and get back to you and never gets back to you
